Game designer Eleanor is betrayed by her boyfriend and stepmother. She activates her game, and three characters—Hollis, Edmond, and Phineas—manifest as her devoted protectors. They help her destroy her enemies and expose their crimes. Soon, a mysterious force called "Blackmare" emerges, threatening her with a larger conspiracy.
