Synopsis

James Gale, a compulsive gambler, fled from his debts, leading to his granddaughter, Anna Gale, being kidnapped by human traffickers. Anna was later renamed Hazel Will. Years later, Hazel's daughter was diagnosed with acute leukemia, and the best bone marrow match turned out to be Hazel's husband's secretary, Sarah Quinn. Suffering from dementia, James only remembered the jade pendant he gave to Anna. Using the pendant, Sarah successfully impersonated his granddaughter and assumed Anna's identity.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
