Anna's Love Story

Synopsis

Anna Shelton was born in a poor rural village where sons were the ones worth spending on. The thinking shaped how she was raised, what she was given, and what people expected her to become. She never let go of wanting something other than that. At night, once the house and the village have gone quiet, she sits with a dim lamp and reads, working through her books on her own without anyone pushing her. Learning is the only tool she has that the family cannot take back, and she uses it to cut a road out of the village toward the future she wants.

You Are My Antidote

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
