One Day Before the Big Shot Dies

Synopsis

Candy wakes up to find herself a side character in a period drama, forced to marry war hero Zayn, who has a leg injury, in place of her stepsister. She then helps Zayn cut the toxic family ties and does everything possible to treat Zayn's leg. Once Zayn's leg recovers, they work hard together and their lives get better and better. Those who once looked down on them are now regretting it deeply.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
