Synopsis

Selena Smith, the adopted daughter of the Shawn family, is abandoned by her fiancé Vincent Shawn when he fails to appear at their engagement ceremony due to an affair with his unattainable love. Heartbroken, she enters a flash marriage with Ash Floyd, a recently returned CEO who is regarded as the ideal man by all women in Rivercrest District. When Vincent attempts to reconcile, Ash authoritatively shields his wife. Their contractual marriage ultimately reveals itself as the culmination of Ash's ten-year secret infatuation.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
