High Society's Darling

Synopsis

The Shore family sends Maison, the eldest son and heir, off to a mountain village to live for a while. He has a temper and is used to giving orders and having them followed. In the village he runs into Aila Lisle, a local girl whose circumstances are nothing like his. She is grubby and has very little, and something about the gap between her life and his makes him want to stand between her and it. They spend enough time together that each comes to lean on the other, and the sharp edges in both of them wear down.

You Are My Antidote

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
