Don't Spook the Ghost

Noir Chaucer, a college student, needed money for his sister, who was seriously ill. He bought a haunted house for a hundred dollars. The purchase activated something called the Negative Emotion System, which made him stronger the more frightening the ghosts in the house became. He then took on the things living there one by one: Rose, a maid; Bobby, a child who held a grudge; and Ivana Hammer, a weasel spirit in the shape of a maid. Other people use spells to drive ghosts out. He used his mouth, and talked them into a state of collapse. The house became a place people wanted to be, and the ghosts and monsters in it became his household.
