Synopsis

Mateo Salazar buys every parking space in his building and lets his neighbors use them free, only to be mocked, displaced, and opposed by the management. He documents the abuse, hires counsel, and takes the beneficiaries of his generosity to court. The lawsuit recovers his money and makes the neighbors pay for treating his property as their right.
