Synopsis

In her first life Ning Fengsheng got away from Nanchuan and married his younger brother, Gong Ye. Gong Ye cut out her heart and she died there. Only afterwards did she find out what Nanchuan had felt for her. Nanchuan opened his own wrists over her grave and gave up his life to put her back. She swore to stay with Nanchuan this time and to have Gong Ye pay in blood for what he did. The night she woke into was the night the two of them had broken it off, with everything else still in front of her.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
