Synopsis

Five years after a car accident, Margaret Crawford heartlessly conceals from her son Brent White that his pregnant wife Rachel Wood survived. She forces Rachel to leave and falsely claims she died in childbirth. For five years, Brent desperately searches for his wife, unaware that Rachel lies in a vegetative state. Their five-year-old son, Lucas White, runs a street stall alone to raise money for her medical treatment. Inside a hospital, the three repeatedly pass by each other without recognition. Ultimately, the misunderstandings are shattered, and the family of three is finally reunited.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.

The plot is hard to follow and never really comes together. With all the flashbacks and dream sequences, the pacing has no tension at all…
