The threat actually gives up peacefully and nobody gets kidnapped. Massive character development for the genre
So bad it loops back around to good. Corny, dumb, and I could not put it down. The visuals are polished like a K-drama to the point of being flavorless, the cast looks like it was pulled straight from a modeling competition, and the plot is daytime soap territory. Still watched every episode. This is pure brainrot and I was here for it
Started this expecting background noise and finished it in two sittings. The seduction-lessons setup is an excuse, obviously, but the two leads sell the slow slide from awkward to inevitable. It's the rare one where the second brother doesn't feel like a plot device.

Heart-wrenching storytelling. Though the execution feels a bit rough around the edges, the overall narrative is brilliantly put together. With a bigger budget, this could easily have been a masterpiece.

She fake-marries her ex's father. I saw the title and thought absolutely not, and then Kent showed up and that thought quietly left the building. Fay can't do much at first. She has nowhere to run, so she moves into that house and just endures it for a long stretch. Then somewhere in there she stops taking it and starts asking for things — not because of one big scene, but because it builds. I looked up at some point like, when did she get this solid, and got a little emotional about it. The man stays terrifying almost the whole way through. But every so often there's a shot where he lets something show, and because it's rare I lost it every single time. Sir. You cannot act like that for forty episodes and then do this. This man makes you tap next with a single facial expression. Everyone in the supporting cast keeps switching sides. I never knew who was actually with whom, so every scene of the two of them together had me on edge. In a good way. Honestly there's nothing new here. Fake marriage, mob politics, forbidden romance — all the parts are present and none of them were invented. I knew that and finished it anyway. This drama knows exactly what it is. I also knew exactly
The ex-husband plays every scene like a malfunctioning android, glasses survive slaps, a landing helicopter moves no air, and the blood-test subplot is Theranos with none of the weight.
SO cheesy. Could have been a decent story if the acting weren't this rough.

The premise hands you a great hook — an omega sent in as a decoy with orders to lose — and then does nothing with it. By episode five the show forgets its own rules and settles into standard mate-bond filler. The leads aren't the problem; the script gives them nothing to play. Skippable unless you want werewolf content in the background.
