Badge of Duty, Heart of Trouble

Daniel works as a security guard at the company where his son Cody is employed. Before this he was retired, living quietly and well away from the financial markets. Cody talked him into the job on the idea that a father with nothing to do would be better off with a low-key post, and Daniel went along with it because it was his son asking. On his rounds he catches the eye of Jessica, the company's president and Cody's boss. Daniel then turns up at the most exclusive gala in the city. The heads of the industry there bow to him. Cody watches this happen and begins to learn about his father's past in the markets.
