Accidentally Pregnant, Forever Spoiled

Ella's stepfather went through the money set aside for her college tuition, so she took a bar job to pay for school herself. Her parents divorced when she was small and her mother remarried into that house, where Ella was ignored and knocked around. After her mother died, the stepfather and her half-brother found reasons to squeeze money out of her. One night at the bar a customer drugs her drink. Edward, drunk himself, gets her out of it, and the night ends with the two of them together. Two months later Ella finds out she is pregnant. Her stepfather, who wants to sell her off to someone who will pay, tries to force her into an abortion. Edward reaches her in time and takes her back to his place, where he looks after her. Ella comes from nothing as far as his family is concerned, and Edward's sister insults her openly. At school she is bullied too.
