Synopsis

Twenty years ago, a car crash forced Edith Vance to choose which child to save. She chose her son, Derek Hayes, but her daughter, Audrey Hayes, survived and was adopted by Chairman Sterling of the Sterling Group. Decades later, Edith visits Derek, his wife Bianca Vaughn, and their newborn. Derek disowns Edith and kicks her out until Audrey intervenes. Later, when the baby gets leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant, Derek and Bianca kneel to beg Edith for help. Softhearted, she donates her marrow. The couple finally repents, reuniting the family.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
