Synopsis

Nathan Wright permanently injures himself saving young Ethan Foster from drowning, then five years later marries the boy's mother Caroline without revealing he was the rescuer. Ethan torments Nathan's daughter Grace while Caroline and grandmother Margaret excuse him, pushing Nathan toward divorce. A car accident follows Ethan's discovery of the truth, and his remorse finally forces the divided household to confront the harm done to Nathan and Grace.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
