Synopsis

Fred Steel wanted one patient to wake up. He held the presidency of the World Neurology Association and had standing invitations from the top medical societies, and he turned them down. Six years ago he moved to River City and lived there under a name that was not his, waiting on the man in the first-class ward. The patient is Felix Quaid, head of Peak Group, unconscious for six years. Steel has said that saving this man is the honour of his life. Quaid changed the world once before he went under, and he is now close to waking.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
