Memory's Return: Love's United Front

Zelma ran her family's company. In a fight over control of it her relatives buried her alive. She survived, lost her memory, and was left with the mind of a five-year-old. She was begging on the street when Jimmy, who ran the Pham Group, came across her and took her home. Jimmy was understood to be sick and frail, and his family had an arranged marriage lined up for him. He and Zelma married within days. The Pham family talked down to both of them and put obstacles in front of the marriage. Zelma got the better of them each time by playing about, without appearing to plan any of it. During an argument with Jimmy's stepmother she was hit with a vase, and her memory came back. She said nothing about it and went on living in the Pham house as before, while she started preparing a move against her own family at the shareholders' meeting. Jimmy's illness turned out to be an act he had kept up while looking into his mother's death. The two of them went after the Pham family and her relatives together and grew close doing it.
