Leon Hart once ran the Northlands underworld and nobody argued with him. He quit years ago and sells pork now. A group of young thugs comes around demanding protection money, and Damon, who used to work under Leon, turns up with bodyguards and puts a stop to it. Leon tells him why he walked away: he wanted his son Felix to have an ordinary life. Then the phone rings and Felix is in trouble. Three hours earlier Felix had been at a bathhouse with Lillian, a friend he has known since childhood. Casper, Damon's son and the heir to the richest family in town, started on them with his men. Casper's girlfriend turned out to be Tamara, who is engaged to Felix. She looked at his money and took Casper's side in mocking him. For entertainment Casper had Felix and Lillian shut into a sauna turned up high and left them there. Leon reaches the bathhouse, puts Casper's men down without much effort, and forces the sauna door. Casper, cornered, produces an illegal handgun and demands a round of Russian roulette. Leon takes the challenge calmly and tells him what he thinks of his arrogance. Casper's finger is on the trigger when Damon comes through the door with armed men, shouting at his son to lower the gun.
