Synopsis
Karissa Reed's mother controls her and her ex-boyfriend Tommy has been violent with her. She is 19 and has no way out of either. Naz Conti pulls her out of danger. He is a mafia boss who has done time, and the danger around him is what draws her in. She pushes him to let her belong to him, and with every kiss and every reckless move she risks everything for want, curiosity, and a love she is not supposed to have. Everyone around her warns her to be afraid of him. The story comes from J.M. Darhower's novel Monster in His Eyes.
