Synopsis

Evelyn, an A Uni professor up for tenure, sees a ghostly double in her mirror: “Wear the black velvet mask, you die.” At the masquerade, she loses hers—Arthur, her dean, offers the exact one. Chloe snatches it, found dead hours later with the mask sewn into her face. More warnings follow, a stalker hunts her. Arthur saves her twice, claiming the mirror was his AI alert. A hidden recording reveals he staged it all to control her. Police arrest him before he can trap her forever.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
