A Tycoon in a Village Boy's Body

Eddie Wood has set it up so that Blackwater Village believes Joe Hunter harassed Yara Shaw. Every household is talking about it, and the whole place has turned on Joe. Joe wakes up in the middle of it. The man who wakes is a businessman from a later time whose soul has ended up in Joe's body in the 1980s. He has no idea what he is supposed to have done until Joe's memories come back to him, and with them the setup: Eddie Wood, a neighbour, arranged the whole thing to ruin Joe's name. Joe had always put up with this kind of thing before. Now he stands in front of the villagers, goes through what happened, and lays out Eddie's part in it, and the talk dies down, and the villagers begin to look at him differently.
