My Hockey Rival Under Me

Axel is a Russian operative who has been buried deep in the underground fight circuit, and Dante, the most feared mafia don on the continent, is the man he was sent to get close to. His way in is a cage match in which he defies the don in front of the crowd and then stops short of the killing blow. Dante takes him home. Inside the house Axel is caught cracking the don's safe. The only cover he can produce is a forged love letter, and Dante takes the letter seriously. From then on his interest in Axel has an obsessive edge to it. When assassins come for Dante, Axel takes the bullet meant for him and comes close to dying of it. Dante's answer is total trust and an S-level pass to every secret in the empire. Axel came in to betray him. By now what is between the two men has started to get in the way of that, and he goes on working from inside the house, at Dante's side.
