The King violent neighborhood

The man selling barbecue on the street in the ghetto is Horace Vance, the arms dealer known as the Quartermaster. Nobody there is supposed to know that. When thugs come round for protection money, gangs and old enforcers turn up to stand behind him, and he still says nothing, because his son Beau has just finished college and Horace wants him to have an ordinary life. Tony Crowe, a spoiled heir, has no idea who he is dealing with. He steals Beau's project, humiliates his own lover, and abducts Beau along with his friend Nora. He tortures the two of them with homemade explosives and a revolver standoff, then calls Horace and demands money. Horace goes after his son, and the Quartermaster name comes out with him.
