From Weight to Wisdom

Jane Browning wakes up inside a book as a 200-pound supporting character who, in the story as written, dies giving birth. A system is attached to her and directs what she does. She breaks its hold and travels a long way to find her husband, Nathaniel Preston. On the road she works out what a group of traffickers is doing and exposes them. She changes how she looks and how she carries herself over the same stretch of time, and the woman the other characters had written off as the despised fat wife turns up as someone quick and willing to fight. Nathaniel meets this version of his wife and does not know what to do with it.
