Synopsis

The head of the Lu Group set more store by grandsons than granddaughters. His grandchildren were twins, Mateo and Cynthia, and he decided that both of Cynthia's kidneys would be transplanted into her brother. Selena, their mother, got a doctor to take the girl and run. They were followed. The doctor could not stay ahead of the men sent after them, and he left Cynthia, hurt and unconscious by then, hidden in a rubbish dump. Simon and his wife found her there and took her in, and she grew up under the name Judith.

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
