No Child, Just the Crown

Vivienne and Vanessa are sisters, and in their last life Vanessa killed her. Vivienne had taken the Fertility Pill then, and it carried her to the throne as empress, while Vanessa had taken the Beauty Pill. Vivienne's time as empress did not last long before her sister turned on her. Vivienne wakes up back in the past. Before long she finds that Vanessa has come back as well. Vanessa moves first this time. She takes the Fertility Pill for herself and arranges matters so that Vivienne has no choice but to swallow the Beauty Pill. The two sisters start the struggle for the empress's seat over again, this time with the pills exchanged between them.
