The Heavenly Master's Missing Mom

Joanna's father put her to selling her blood when she was a child. Her mother Laura tried to get her away from him, and during the escape Laura went over a cliff and the two were separated. Daoist Infinite took Joanna in and raised her as his personal disciple. Fifteen years later Joanna holds the title of Celestial Master and has little regard for ordinary people. She decides to leave the mountain and look for her mother. One of her followers reports that the mother has been seen in Cloud City, and Joanna goes there at once. She and her mother pass each other in the city without either one knowing it. The Sun family had abused a woman years before. When they learn that the woman is the Celestial Master's mother they are afraid of what will come down on them, and they find another woman and present her to Joanna as Laura.
