No One Waits Forever

Lydia Russell is marrying Jonah Brown, the most powerful man in Glayden. Until recently she had expected to marry Ryan Zeller, who she had loved for seven years, and who ended things because he had fallen for Claire Shaw. Claire was pure and obedient, the way Lydia had been seven years earlier. Lydia accepted the breakup without arguing and married Jonah instead. On the day of the wedding Ryan works out that he cannot let her go. He tries everything he can think of to win her back, and each attempt pushes her further off.
