Harbor's Little Blessing

In Harbor City a family can buy a girl to marry a sick son and turn his luck, and the shipping magnates do it. The young master of the Rowlett house has a condition that keeps him unconscious, and a bride is bought for him. The girl is Little Fish. Her nanny swapped her at birth, and by the time she was two she was growing to look more and more like her real mother, so the nanny sold her to Harbor City before anyone noticed. She has no teeth yet. She bites the young master's face and he wakes up. After she arrives at the Rowlett house other things change. The old matriarch, bedridden for years, gets up and walks. The head of the family is targeted more than once and comes out of it unharmed each time. The sixth wife, weakened by poison, recovers without medicine and becomes pregnant again. The eldest Rowlett, who had not slept properly in years, holds her and sleeps through the night, and after that he carries her everywhere and tells everyone she is his granddaughter-in-law.
