Synopsis

Anna is diagnosed with cancer, and her family stops answering when she needs them. She agrees to an experiment that freezes her body, and she comes out of it with the cancer gone. She lives after that under the name Lisa. She goes back into liver cancer work, the field she had built her name in, and takes up a professorship in it. By the time her family sees her again she has married and has an adopted son who calls her mother.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
