While she is doing it she finds that the plot against her family was put together by Bai Xiuyan and her own husband, Park Zhenhong. A police officer, Lin Yi'an, helps her, and through him she learns that Park Zhenhong's ambitions go further than anything she had uncovered so far. Ruiya decides on revenge. A man named Song Taixun, whose background she knows nothing about, works alongside her. The two of them lay traps of their own and dig out the truth, and over that time they come to trust each other and then to care for each other.
