Rise, Village Healer!

He finishes university and goes back to the village where his parents live, meaning to look after them and do something for the place. His girlfriend since childhood goes behind his back, and a local strongman starts humiliating him in front of the neighbors whenever he gets the chance. At the bottom of that, something opens up in him. He can see through solid things and he knows medicine, acupuncture included, without having studied any of it. He uses it on his father first, who had been left disabled, and then on the daughter of the richest house in the province, who is in the middle of an attempt on her life. Word travels. People bring him cases the hospitals had given up on, and he shows up several men in the area who had been passing themselves off as doctors. The strongman keeps sending people to stop him and keeps failing at it. He opens a clinic in the village, where a lot of the patients cannot pay much, and the woman he pulled out of the ambush comes around to him.
