My Secretary Is a Goddess!

The creatures in the other world kill people. The man who crosses over into it is bound by accident to a system that misfires, and the system hands him a company and one job, which is to put the creatures under contract as his secretaries. The first is a nine-tailed fox. After her comes a rabbit, and then a woman who carries a fragment of the genes of the goddess who stands at SSS rank above all the rest of them. The company grows until it does business on both sides, in the human world and the creature world. He trades blows with the Night Watch, who hunt creatures, brings the Evolver Association under his control, goes head-on against the creature empire and ends up with the goddess herself under contract. When his own strength reaches god level he seals the two worlds off from each other, and the human side is safe. The goddess stays on as his secretary after that.
