Synopsis

Arthur discovers that his wife Olivia lied about being asexual. She has an affair with a student, becomes pregnant, and steals his anti-cancer research results to benefit her lover. Arthur gathers evidence to expose their affair and academic fraud. The two are disgraced, turn on each other and die in prison. Arthur moves on and devotes himself to research for a new life.
