The Bullied Girl Held the Termination List

Shen Nian comes home from studying abroad. Her family owns a corporate group, and she learns that one of its branch companies is badly run and has sat at the bottom of the group's results year after year. The people there close ranks against outsiders, and nobody has been able to get evidence of what is going on. She asks her father, the chairman, to send her in undercover as an ordinary employee. She works at the branch for three months. Her colleagues freeze her out, humiliate her, take credit for her work, and at one point push her out of her post. She gets the evidence she came for all the same. When the layoff list is about to be announced, the branch's managers block it and have her searched in front of the staff. She stays calm and finds a way to keep the evidence out of their hands.
