Tears in the Imperial Hall

Shen Xiuzhu, a concubine from Shenjia Village, was forced to marry in order to escape. She had a one-night stand with the emperor Zhao Ziren who visited privately in private, and gave birth to a genius son, Shen Yao. Shen Yao has been stigmatized since he was a child, trying to find his father and protect his mother. He studied hard and passed the Gongsheng Examination at the age of nine. During the palace examination, Zhao Ziren was shocked by Shen Yao's talent and wanted to make him the number one scholar, but his family relative Shen Wenhan revealed that he was an illegitimate son. Shen Xiuzhu went to the palace to plead for mercy. After being made difficult by hundreds of officials and questioned by the Queen Mother, at the critical moment, Zhao Ziren recognized that Shen Xiuzhu was the woman he had been looking for for ten years, and that Shen Yao was also his own flesh and blood. Zhao Ziren severely punished the perpetrators and appointed Shen Xiuzhu as the queen and Shen Yao as the prince. The family of three was finally reunited.
