Synopsis

Jane raises her twin sons on her own, keeping out of sight. They are half dragon. She is blind and scarred from the fall into the beast abyss seven years ago, which she took for Darius, and he left her there to die. Their mother needs help, so the boys go after the dragonbone hairpin Darius lost. They are caught with it and named as thieves. Darius rules the beasts and does not know that the two children are his own. He sends Jane to the water prison over it.

First fantasy-animated short drama I've ever watched and I was completely locked in. Caught a bit of it in an ad, got hooked, and inhaled the whole thing. It blends a fantasy world with secret birth, misunderstandings, revenge, and family love, the immersion is no joke. There are horns and ears, the kid characters and art style are unbelievably cute, and the story's actually good.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
