Hidden Sword God Shakes the World

Qin Ming is a sword emperor who withdrew from the world and told nobody where he went. Four years ago he and Chu Qinghuang, empress of Great Qian, had one night together before they were separated, and he has not seen her since. The Shaman God Cult is now burning its way across the realm, and the empress is cornered with no army left that will hold. Her younger sister crosses a great distance to reach Qin Ming, and brings with her a small girl called Nian Nian, who is his daughter and whom he has never met. Meeting the child is what ends the seclusion. He goes back out into the world and lets people see what he can actually do, first to keep Nian Nian out of reach of the cult, then to break the siege around her mother. The cult is not the whole of it; someone above them has been arranging the pressure on the throne from the start.
