The Magicless Heir Ruler of the Realm

Magic decides where a person stands in Noah's world, and Noah was born without any. That made him an outcast, worthless by the only measure anyone used. Then he summons Valhalla, a sanctuary that had been lost to the magical realm long enough to pass into legend, and the Frost Queen, the Paladin of Light and the ancient spirits inside it take his orders. Word spreads that a Lord of Valhalla exists and the world starts hunting for him. Nobody connects the title to the boy they had written off. He can keep it hidden for a while. What he does with the inheritance, whether he carries it on or ends the age it came from, is still open.
