The Vampire's Bloodbound Lover

Elle wakes up in a morgue. She had thought it was an accident. Her fiancé Ryan and her best friend Jade arranged it, and they did it for Harrison, who leads the Hunters' Order and has been steering Elle's life since before she was born. Elle is not human. She is the first Seal Keeper born in a century, the one person able to contain the most dangerous vampire in existence, and Harrison wants her under his control. She walks into her own funeral, lays out the murder plot in front of everyone there and says she will have her revenge. She is dying when the vampire king Lucian gives her his blood. It keeps her alive and binds the two of them together, so that from then on if either of them dies the other dies too. Hunters and vampires both hunt her. She finds out that her mother's consciousness is held inside the core of Harrison's most powerful weapon, and that sealing Harrison away would take her life and Lucian's along with it.
