I Renovated It, Now She Won't Rent?

A young designer takes her aunt's unfinished flat at 500 a month, on her mother's recommendation. She spends 50,000 and six months renovating it herself. The videos she posts of the work spread, and someone turns up willing to pay 3,000 a month for the place. She offers to raise her own rent to 1,500 because of the family connection. Her aunt asks for 4,000, and when that is refused, threatens a penalty and moves to take the flat back with the renovation still in it. The designer strips the work out, all of it. Her aunt starts telling people things about her that are not true. She opens a studio with backing from an investor, and her aunt takes her design plans, puts them out as proof that the designer copied someone else, and pins the blame on her. The truth about it surfaces later.
