Synopsis

My husband is fifty. He was driving, and his eighteen-year-old son from an earlier marriage was in the back seat with me. Every time the car went over a bump the boy's hand moved another inch up under my skirt. His hand was hot. I bit down on the blanket to keep quiet. My husband kept driving as though nothing was happening. If I had known what that back seat was going to become over the rest of the trip, I would have died before saying a word.
