Master of the Deep: Fortune Awaits

Su Yao stays with Ethan Hayes from the point where he has nothing, and the two of them end up running a deep-sea fishing company called Sea God. He had just finished school when his parents' boat went down and left him a million in debt, with creditors coming to the door. A dragon pearl bonds with him around the time they close in. After that he can feel what is lying on the sea floor, pull at the currents, and take more physical strain than his body used to. He works through lobster, expensive fish, a sunken wreck and an ocean king crab, paying the debt down in pieces and settling with the people who had written him off. The pearl keeps waking further as the company grows, and the question of what happened to his parents' boat pulls him into deeper water.
