Daredevil Jax Hale ignores a deadly past and buys a cursed car. He takes girlfriend Tessa, friends Evan and Chloe, and hitchhiker Iris on a mountain trip. They arrive at Lockmere, an abandoned village where nothing is as it seems. Reality bends as they encounter ghostly apparitions and a malevolent force.
