The Lost Promises

Synopsis

Bess Gray, the eldest daughter of the Gray family, was wrongfully accused of giving birth to a stillborn baby five years ago and was subsequently sent to a mental institution by her family. Five years later, the Gray family arranges for her to marry the troubled young master Cesar Ford in place of her younger sister. To uncover the truth behind the events from five years ago, Bess agrees to marry into the Ford family. As she spends time with Cesar, their feelings for each other gradually grow.

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
