Only I Can Save Your Son

Sara Yarrow sees her husband steadying a heavily pregnant woman on the street and decides she is looking at his mistress. She gathers relatives, corners Megan Gillis in public, has her clothes torn off her in front of everyone, films it, and puts the video online so the woman will be finished. She says out loud that as a mother she will not let this woman or the baby inside her take away a father's love that belongs to her own son, and she means to destroy them both. Then her husband arrives and explains who Megan actually is. Megan is his sister by blood. She is also the one person who has been paying for and physically caring for Sara's son through his illness, the only donor match he had. Everything Sara did to her is already recorded and circulating. Sara comes apart in front of them.
