Fired and Furious: Reveal the Fraud

An investment at the company goes bad and Paul Herman puts the blame on Henry Chester, who has been there seven years. Henry is dismissed and the compensation he is owed under the law is withheld. His wife is ill at the time and the treatment has to be paid for, and the mortgage payments are already past what he can cover. He goes to Paul to ask for the money and gets humiliated for it. Henry starts putting out what he knows about how Paul has been running things, and it gets picked up widely enough that people outside the company are watching. Paul offers him money to let it drop. Henry turns the offer down and takes the evidence he kept to the other shareholders, who can call a vote on Paul's position.
