Wow! He Is a Brilliant Surgeon

A small hospital nobody has heard of employs a caregiver named Jamie Finch. He was one of the top surgeons in the world, and he gave up the name and the money after he failed to cure his mother's Alzheimer's, then changed his identity and came here. A chain of car crashes brings in more injured people than the emergency department has staff for, and rather than watch them suffer he does enough to show what he can do. The director's daughter notices and promotes him to assistant physician, working alongside her in surgery. The deputy in charge of the department is in love with her and resents the promotion, though he is won over by the way Jamie operates. The deputy director wants the top job and is afraid she will take it from him, so he obstructs her openly and behind her back, and at one point interferes during an operation of hers and sets off a panic in the hospital. Jamie handles each of these. Her curiosity about who he actually is grows. He wants to be left alone and does not explain himself. The hospital publicity department livestreams one of his operations start to finish and the footage spreads online. He goes on working difficult cases with her and their colleagues, until an Alzheimer's patient is admitted to his care and the memory of his mother comes back.
