Spring Night

An imperial decree names Mai Tian for a marriage. She is the only one left of the Shen family after its fall, and an order from the palace is not something she can turn down. By chance she comes across Crown Prince Jinchuan, wounded badly, and she saves him. His memory is gone and he cannot say who he is. She offers him a marriage on paper, which takes her out from under the decree, and he agrees to it. Both of them treat it as a contract and nothing more. The feeling between them comes later and neither of them arranged for it. They also begin working on a fraud case in the imperial examinations that reaches high into the court, and clearing the Shen family's name depends on what comes out of it.
