Synopsis

A curse took the Beast King's sight. What he has gone on since then is instinct. Aurora is running from men sent to kill her when she reaches him and treats both the blindness and the curse. They spend that night together. He gives her a ruby ring, cut so that it looks like it is weeping blood, and tells her he will marry her. Her stepmother's family sees the ring and works out what it is worth. They chain Aurora up in the house. Her stepsister Sedina takes the ring and Aurora's name with it. The Beast King arrives to collect his bride and finds Sedina waiting in Aurora's place.

You Are My Antidote

Episode 1 might make you go "what IS this lunatic" and bail. He's my favorite short-drama actor and even I hesitated. Please stay with it!! The acting is unreal, the way his eyes go, the way he smiles, each one gets me >_<

My favorite of his modern-set work and honestly my favorite short drama full stop. You get the complete unhinged-psycho performance, and I'd say his acting leveled up here. If you're working through his filmography, this is the one.
